PF1550 + i.MX 6ULL SOM reference design is a very compact, micro sized, high performance board which is highly optimized for mobile Internet of Things applications. With ultra-efficient NXP i.MX 6ULL processor based on ARM® Cortex®-A7 core at its heart, this SOM module can be used to develop powerful and low power IOT applications/solutions.
Argon i.MX 6ULL SOM has rich set of peripherals (DDR3, Audio Codec, eMMC, Wi-Fi/BT and PMIC) enabling customers to do quick development and deployment in IoT. All signals of i.MX6ULL are routed to our high-dense PCB interconnects on the underside of the SOM. The user can design the mating connectors on the baseboard.
The PF1550 is a Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) designed specifically for use with i.MX processors on low-power portable, smart wearable and Internet-of-Things (IoT) applications. It can provide full power solution to i.MX 6SL, 6UL, and 6ULL processors-based, battery-powered systems.
In addition, Development Board offers a complete platform with large number of ready to use sensors (Gyro + Accelerometer + Compass) and available I/O's gives our customers' cutting edge over technology. Argon i.MX6ULL SOM + PF1550 combined with carrier baseboard is a treat for all those who wants to accelerate time to market and easy prototyping.
By this approach, customers can buy SOM (at low cost) and make their customized carrier baseboard to complete the system design. This speeds up customer design cycle by reducing system cost.
